AIIMS Delhi server compromised, Delhi police start investigation


Delhi police IFSO unit register FIR regarding the recent AIIMS server compromise.AIIMS delhi told that multiple government agencies investigating this case.


AIIMS Delhi servers went offine at 7 AM wednesday and hospital informed the same to NIC and NIC working on restoring the system and all patient and emergency services managed manually.


AIIMS said in a statement. "The server of e-Hospital of National Informatics Center being used at AIIMS Delhi is down today, due to which outpatient and inpatient digital hospital services including smart lab, billing, report generation, appointment system etc. have been affected. The hospital has Said, "Measures are being taken to restore digital services and help is being sought from the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) and the National Informatics Center (NIC). To prevent such attacks in future, adding that AIIMS and NIC will take proper precautions to prevent such attacks in future."
