"The leak of some of the personal data of customers of the Russian scooter rental service Whoosh in early November did indeed occur, but did not affect sensitive user data, such as account access, transaction information or travel details, RIA Novosti was told in the company. In early November, the company announced that the service's security service had stopped the process of leaking the personal data of several million customers, organized by a group of hackers. It was noted that the data was not published in the public domain. On Monday, information appeared in Telegram channels that a database of service customers was made public, which contained more than 7.2 million customer numbers and 6.9 million email addresses. "The network writes about the data that we announced earlier: insensitive data of a part of our users. The leak did not affect sensitive user data, such as account access, transaction information or travel details. Our security procedures also exclude the possibility of third parties gaining access to full payment data of bank cards of users," the message says."
